Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks a Wireless Module Engineer to lead the development of wireless modules from early architecture through mass production ramp.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, OSAT collaborators, and ATE maturity efforts, ensuring test coverage and design-for-manufacturability across RF, reliability, and system integration domains. The role requires strong technical depth across RF design, packaging, and test, plus experience with ATE, DF(M) and data analysis to drive module

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Proven written/verbal communication skills; ability to lead projects with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal cross-functional teams and OSATs to ensure alignment on architecture, specifications, and milestones.
• Mature ATE hardware/software at OSATs and bring RF module to MP with yields meeting Apple quality requirements.
• Communicate component risks to the executive team and integrate OSAT schedules and risk mitigation into the project.
