Wireless Zone LLC in Vandalia, IL is seeking a Wireless Expert to assist customers with the latest devices and plans, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and helping guests stay connected.

You will greet customers, identify needs, demonstrate products, process sales, and stay current on Verizon services and promotions while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you’ll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
