Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is hiring a Wireless Expert in a full-time retail role focused on helping customers stay connected with the latest devices, plans, and services. You will use product knowledge to recommend solutions, process transactions, and demonstrate products to engage customers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a motivated attitude to meet sales targets. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you’ll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
