Wireless Zone LLC is hiring a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest devices and plans while delivering outstanding service. You will build trust with customers and understand their wireless needs, assisting with product knowledge and demonstrations.

The role is full-time and may require evenings and weekends to meet store goals, with opportunities for growth and career development within a respected retailer.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you’ll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.

What You’ll Do
