Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest devices and plans while delivering exceptional service in Morrilton, AR. You’ll use product knowledge to match customers with the best wireless solutions and build trust through friendly, professional interaction.

You’ll greet customers, identify needs, process sales and activations, maintain displays, stay current on devices and promotions, and aim to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail or customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you’ll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
