Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest technology while delivering exceptional service and building trust. You’ll translate needs into the best wireless solutions and plans.

You’ll greet customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate devices, process activations, and keep in-store displays inviting. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected as part of a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.

Wireless Expert Job Summary

As a Wireless Expert, you’ll help our customers stay connected with the latest technology, while delivering on exceptional service and building trust with our customers. The ideal Sales Associate candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about helping customers and understands the latest products and plans available.
