The Reality Labs Wireless Team is looking for engineering interns with a strong foundation in wireless and RF fundamentals to help bring connectivity (Cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth) to life on our AR/VR and wearable products. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Coursework or hands-on experience in at least one of the following:

• Intro to ML (Machine Learning) and Fundamentals of AI/ Natural language processing


• Strong understanding of AI utilization as part of vibe coding having experienced developing for either personal or work related applications


• Experience with programming in Python, Matlab, or equivalent


• Ability to work collaboratively across teams


• Intent to return to full-time degree program after completion of the internship


• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment


• Coursework, personal projects, or lab work involving Linux, Android, or embedded systems


• Enthusiasm for AR/VR and wearable products


• Experience scripting test automation or instrument control (e.g., PyVISA, SCPI)


• Exposure to RF test instruments such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, or call boxes (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, Anrittu)


• Eagerness to learn wireless debugging and log analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, QXDM, or equivalent)


• Interest in applying AI tools and agentic workflows to automate hardware development


• Project, internship, or lab experience involving wireless hardware bring-up, testing, or validation
