Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Understanding of test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day installation work at job sites.
• Ensure that field crews complete tasks to CTS standards.
• Oversee subcontractors/vendors to meet safety and quality standards.

Skills

Experience installing and managing DAS

Ability to read blue prints and Visio & iBwave drawings

Creating Project Schedules

Experience conducting Site Surveys

Understanding of Fiber Optics construction

Hands-on experience with PIM/RL Sweep testing
