Job summary

You will build testing solutions, drive quality, and design test plans for new features while developing Python-based automation scripts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation requests. This role emphasizes debugging, reporting, and maintaining test environments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in defining test plans and creating test cases from specifications and feature requirements.
• 2 years of experience with domain expertise in Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, Audio, or Wireless RF protocols.
• 1 year of experience developing testing scripts using Python, Perl, or other programming languages.

The Bluetooth Quality Engineering team is looking for a motivated Tools & Automation Engineer to design, implement, test and maintain next generation macOS connectivity solutions. You are responsible for creating and delivering world‑changing experiences on the very latest Apple products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in defining test plans and creating test cases based on technical specifications and feature requirements.
• 2 years of experience in validating and testing products with domain expertise in one of these areas: Bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, Audio, Wireless RF protocols
• 1 year of experience in developing testing scripts using Python, Perl or other programming languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins is a plus
• Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
