Mobile Generation LLC is seeking a Wireless Assistant Store Manager in Oak Park, IL to support the Store Manager in a high-traffic Verizon Wireless location. You will lead a sales team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and drive performance aligned with company standards.

The role requires retail experience, a proven sales record, strong communication, and the ability to travel to Midwest locations as needed. A compensation package up to $70,000 includes salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably wireless.
• Proven achievement in prior sales roles is required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team.
• Willingness to travel to various Midwest locations and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to create a positive, goal-oriented environment.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and supervising Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Mobile Generation Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for:

• Working side by side with the Store Manager to build a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager as directed to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators each month
• Coach/mentor your team every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience each time.
• Ensure your assigned location is operating under the specific guidelines of both Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation.
• Assist the Store Manager in any promotional role, inventory procedure, or other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles is required
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest and business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
