Job summary

Stifel is seeking a Bank Associate II for the Wire Team to manage wire transfers—outgoing, incoming, domestic and international—and related processing, research and reconciliations. You'll collaborate with Treasury, Commercial, Finance, Lending & Wealth teams, ensure compliance with regulations, monitor for fraud, and support audits.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and strong Excel/Office skills; meticulous and discreet in handling client data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' related experience.
• Understanding and compliance with applicable regulations (CRA, BSA, FCRA etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Process all wire transfers accurately within department SLAs.
• Process foreign currency transfers through corresponding banks.
• Review wires for OFAC and obtain compliance approvals.
• Daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing of transfers.
• Assist in risk assessments, audits, and system testing.
• Provide support to banking centers and customers with wire-related questions.
