Job summary

Motion Recruitment is assisting a major Financial Services client in Charlotte, NC, for a Lead Wire Transfer Business Analyst on a hybrid, 18-month contract. You will drive complex wire transfer initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape functional requirements for critical payment solutions.

The role requires extensive experience with wire transfers, SWIFT, ISO standards, and testing (manual/automation).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience.
• Experience with wire transfers and payment rails (SWIFT).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently, with some in-office time.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams.
• Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives.
• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.
• Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements.
• Make decisions in highly complex situations influencing companywide technology solutions.
• Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
