Job summary

All-Lift Systems is seeking a Wire Rope Sling Fabricator in Raleigh, NC to lead workflow, oversee fabrication, testing, and quality control for our product line. You will act as a working Team Lead, ensuring safety compliance, on-time delivery, and a customer-first mindset.

The ideal candidate has experience in wire rope sling fabrication, is physically capable, and ready to uphold rigorous standards. This role supports continuous improvement and reliable operations in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Wire Rope Sling Fabrication, preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position.
• Able to be certified to operate a forklift.
• Attention to detail with the ability to direct work and meet customer deadlines.
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wire rope and chain slings.
• Operate hydraulic machinery (presses, reeling machine, pull test machine).
• Prepare materials for shipment (prepping freight shipments).
• Keep an organized/safe work area.
• Restock materials in the warehouse.
• Assist with annual Inventory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Stand on feet for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
