U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. in Brea, California is seeking a Wire Room Associate to safely cut, coil, and fulfill wire orders at our Walters Wholesale Electric affiliate location.

You will operate forklifts and coil/reel machines, verify orders, and maintain organized storage while supporting a fast-paced warehouse team. The role requires basic reading and math skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work with wire products.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and math skills; ability to match orders and identify products by size, style, color and Lot #.
• Familiarity with wire products and warehouse operations preferred.
• Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely cut, coil, and respool designated lengths of wire according to procedures and customer orders.
• Accurately identify, measure, and fulfill wire product orders ensuring the correct product and quantity are selected.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and coil/reel machines safely and in compliance with safety standards.
• Submit maintenance requests for wire-cutting tools and equipment as needed.
• Verify and label processed materials; ensure materials are stored properly.
• Review and confirm the accuracy of picked orders and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Assign and distribute work via computer systems and assist in other warehouse duties as assigned.

Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Wire Room Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Brea, CA location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely cut, coil, and respool designated lengths of wire according to procedures and customer orders.
