DwyerOmega in New Jersey is seeking a Machine Operator I to set up, configure, operate, and maintain wire processing equipment. You will read work orders, adjust controls, monitor quality, and record production data while adhering to safety and lean principles.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
• 3+ years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read specifications and follow work orders.

Mansioni

• Read and interpret work order specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine controls for process parameters.
• Detect quality defects and report findings.
• Load reels and thread wire through feeders.
• Start machines and verify operation.
• Record production data and complete paperwork.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S/Lean practices.
• Assist in training entry-level operators.
