  • Read and interpret instructions, drawings, and prints.

Basic Function

Under supervision, process screen products to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machines to produce wire according to work order specifications.
  • Ensure quality by inspecting wire throughout production and making adjustments as needed.
  • Label and store completed wire correctly by Heat #, P.O., & Batch #.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with all HSE, Compliance, and Company Policies.
  • Adhere to Quality Policy and related procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience with production equipment.
  • High School diploma required; 2-year Vocational degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to differentiate wire types and sizes.
  • Read and interpret instructions, drawings, and prints.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Use measuring tools accurately.
  • Make decisions independently with limited supervision.
