Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Wire Harness Process Technician Supervisor in Brookshire, TX to lead the Wire Harness Assembly team on a contract-to-direct-hire basis. You will supervise technicians, ensure production goals, safety and quality, and mentor staff in wiring and soldering.

You will interpret electrical schematics, guide setup, and maintain ESD and quality standards while driving continuous improvement and defect tracking in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience assembling wire harnesses and interconnects in manufacturing.
• Training or mentoring technicians or production teams.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and CAD drawings and train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Wire Harness Technicians.
• Oversee the assembly, inspection, and processing of wire harnesses.
• Direct wire cutting, crimping, soldering, and terminal terminations.
• Interpret schematics, pin-outs, and wiring diagrams; guide setup and troubleshooting.
