Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience with wire harness design and packaging (Layout).
• CAD (3D/2D) experience is required.
• Good language skills; Japanese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and release wire harness drawings for Nissan programs utilizing NX (3D) & Harness Designer (2D).
• Read and understand vehicle electrical schematics.
• Understand / mark-up / sign off on 2D wire harness drawings.
• Identify, track and resolve open issues.
• Interface with our systems engineering team to translate changes to the 3D/2D drawings.
• Traveling is a must to support launches and customer visits.
