Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years direct experience with wire harness suppliers in design, development, or production.
• Ability to read and apply circuit schematics and wiring diagrams across electrical systems.
• Experience with vehicle development processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Programming skills (e.g., Python) to automate engineering tasks.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical backbone for next-generation vehicles, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Create and review wire harness drawings and change documentation for production readiness.
• Coordinate with suppliers on power distribution components, fuse, and relay systems.
• Maintain wire harness parts lists and ensure traceability across programs.
• Collaborate with system engineers to align wiring specifications and timelines.
• Apply TBP to analyze challenges and contribute to cross-functional groups.
