Job summary

Voltage Energy is looking for motivated Production Associates to join their manufacturing operations in Timberlake, NC. This role focuses on producing high-quality wire harness assemblies while prioritizing safety and precision.

You will operate production equipment and perform quality checks. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong hand dexterity, and a willingness to learn. Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce wire harnesses according to engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment such as cutting machines and crimp presses.
• Identify and escalate quality issues or equipment problems.
