Job summary

Dakota Supply Group in Williston, ND is seeking a Wire Cutting Warehouse Sr Associate for a full-time, hourly role. Responsibilities include wire cutting, order pulling, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment.

The position requires experience in warehouse operations and safe handling of material, with standard hours 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday. The role offers growth within a 100% employee-owned DSG, with competitive pay, training, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Advanced product and warehouse knowledge normally gained in 5+ years.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly, up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in wire cutting.
• Notifies Branch Manager about shortages or overages in inventory.
• Uses computer and RF gun to check status, availability, and location of product.
• Accurately pulls material from location to fill each order.
• Pack, label, and place filled orders for delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, picker, turret) as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Proficient in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient flow and timely orders.
• Load delivery trucks as needed.
• Handle calls for warehouse when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
