Job summary

Sonepar Canada, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to perform product picking, consolidation, loading, and related duties at our Auburn, WA facility. The role requires safe forklift operation, wire cutting/staging, and accurate counting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Product picking, consolidation and loading

What You Will Bring:

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to learn the use of handheld scanners and operating systems

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Operate large wire machines & coilers
• Ability to operate a forklift, PC and RF scanner
• Usual 40‑hour work week Monday through Friday; occasionally evening and weekend hours may be required.
• Requires punctual, regular and reliable on‑site attendance

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all applicable pre‑employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.

Salary & Compensation:

• This position is non‑exempt and is eligible for overtime.
• Pay is $23/hour.
