Job summary

Molex is seeking an Operator at our South Grafton, MA facility to operate and monitor wire and cable equipment while meeting quality specs, procedures, and safety guidelines. Openings on 1st, 2nd (10% shift premium), and 3rd (15% shift premium) shifts.

Retention bonuses of $3,000 after 90 days and $5,000 after 180 days are available. Join a team dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer.
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Able to read and properly fill out required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and break down product on equipment.
• Read and properly fill out required paperwork.
• Input data into SAP/computer system.
• Monitor product for conformance to specifications and defects.
• Follow ISO documentation to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Collaborate with team to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Prepare product to transfer to another department as needed.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment.
• Follow Molex Total Quality Management System (TQM) requirements.
