Job summary

North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District is seeking an Assistant Athletic Coach for the Winter 2026 term, focusing on boys/girls swimming in a cooperative arrangement (NHHS/VHS). The role requires valid NJ teaching or substitute certification and current district employment as a teacher or substitute.

Previous coaching experience in the sport is desirable, and applicants may need to complete a background check and drug screening as per district policy.

Qualifications

• Valid NJ-teacher certification or substitute certification.
• Employed as a teacher or substitute teacher in North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District.
• Knowledge and background in assigned sport is preferred.
• Previous coaching experience in the assigned sport is desirable.
• New Out of District coaches must have valid teacher certification/substitute certification, complete a background check and drug screening.
