Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Snow Equipment Operator in Colorado Springs to perform safe and efficient snow removal during the winter season. You will operate snowplows and other heavy equipment to clear designated areas.

Responsibilities include reporting to work during snow events, depositing snow properly, and maintaining operation records while prioritizing safety and equipment upkeep in a production-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to various locations.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Prior experience operating snowplow equipment.
• Participate in routine maintenance of equipment.
• Experience in fast-paced, production-driven environments.
• Physically able to work outside in extreme weather.
• Ability to operate equipment safely.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willing to dress for all weather conditions.
• Able to work overnight in winter months.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow using a snowplow and heavy equipment for extended periods.
• Be available to report to work when it snows, at central location or jobsite.
• Deposit removed snow without obstructing trees, hydrants, or sidewalks.
• Identify and report concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation with job sheets after operations.
• Be aware of safety issues and report them.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
