Job summary

A family-owned contracting firm is seeking reliable CDL Drivers for the 2026 winter season to operate snowplow trucks during winter weather. The position is on an on-call basis, requiring observations of safety regulations and proactive communication with management. Candidates must hold a valid Class A or B CDL, be 18 or older, and possess a clean driving record. The firm offers a competitive $50/hour pay rate, paid travel time, hotel stays, and per diem.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations or multiple accidents in the past 5 years.
• Pass a DOT drug screen and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks safely during winter storms.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with Route Manager about any unsafe situations.
