Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred; 16 years of age minimum.
• Clerical skills: typing, filing, office machines, cash register, records upkeep.
• Food server and TIPS/MAST card required.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate reservations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/out, reservations, and directions.
• Manage walk-in traffic; sign in/out guests.
• Register and assign rooms; provide quotes and upsell.
• Coordinate front desk with housekeeping to ensure clean rooms.
• Handle charges and payments; balance cash at shift start/end.
• Act as host in dining area and assist as needed.
