Job summary

GOLDMINER’S DAUGHTER LODGE seeks a Winter Seasonal Saloon Bartender to handle high-volume transactions and provide exceptional service at the base lodge Saloon in Alta, Utah. You will operate MICROS, greet guests, and guide beverage selections while maintaining accuracy and a friendly attitude.

Applicants should be 21+, have a background in food and beverage, and be comfortable with a flexible schedule including peak periods and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Previous food & beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service at the Saloon.
• Process sales transactions accurately via MICROS POS system.
• Balance cash register and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide beverage recommendations and handle orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety procedures.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
