Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• First Aid and CPR certification (current or during season).
• Experience with cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Ability to teach guests outdoors in winter.
• Proficient with email and POS systems.
• Availability weekends/holidays/winter season.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Lead private and group cross-country ski and snowshoe lessons.
• Fit guests with rental equipment and explain use.
• Provide trail recommendations and safety information.
• Process trail passes, rentals, and retail purchases.
• Maintain rental equipment, trails, and facilities.
• Monitor trail conditions and update guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, in person.
• Support Sleigh Ride Dinner check-ins and guest arrivals.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Assist with snow removal and other tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Retail, Front Desk, and Sleigh Ride teams.
• Participate in training and adapt to weather/needs.
