Norristown Area High Sch in Norristown, PA seeks a part-time High School Assistant Coach for JV Bowling (Winter). The coach will support leadership, supervision, and organization of the program, focusing on safety and competitive prep, starting immediately.

The role involves designing athletic plans, developing student-athletes, coordinating staff, and ensuring a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners, with responsibilities across practices and game days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Coaching experience at high school varsity or college level preferred.
• Knowledge of sport-specific strategy and player development.
• Valid PA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee JV and freshman programs to improve skills and competitiveness.
• Provide individual instruction on bowling fundamentals.
• Coordinate practice plans and use video analysis for reviews.
• Plan off-season conditioning and camps aligned with district goals.
• Maintain student confidentiality and comply with all regulations.
