Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to teach and demonstrate cheer techniques, stunts, and routines safely.
• Background checks, CPR/First Aid certification, and Virtus training required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead all cheer practices, performances, and game-day activities.
• Create and implement routines that promote school spirit and support athletic teams.
• Supervise student-athletes to ensure safety and positive conduct.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director to schedule practices, coordinate uniforms, and manage logistics.
• Model and instill values consistent with the Cristo Rey mission.
• Communicate schedules and expectations to students, parents, and staff.
• Attend coach meetings and complete onboarding and safety training.
• Promote sportsmanship and serve as a positive role model.
