Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT seeks a Winter CDL Snowplow Driver for the upcoming season (Nov–Apr). The role requires a Class B CDL with air brakes and at least one year of commercial driving experience.

The driver will memorize routes, coordinate with teammates, and work early hours in all weather conditions to keep roads clear. Ideal candidates are safety-minded, able to adapt to overtime, and capable of maintaining trucks and equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum Class B CDL with air brakes.
• Requires 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must be able to learn and memorize multiple routes.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must coordinate with other drivers in real-time.
• Must work well with others.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions, day and night.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Must be able to maintain trucks and equipment (grease, wash, chain up).
• Some heavy equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to wake up early (2:00am occasionally).
• Must be able to delineate road edges, complete cold patching, and assist in the plow vehicle shop.
