The Alaska Club is seeking Camp Counselors for our Fairbanks South location. This is a fun, seasonal, part-time role in a fitness environment, offering a supportive team atmosphere and flexible hours. Camp counselors will lead activities to keep kids active and engaged while developing leadership and teaching skills.

This position is ideal for students or parents seeking part-time work, with potential opportunities for additional hours as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to multi-task and lead group activities (arts & crafts, sports, games, etc.).
• Prior camp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating activities for kids ages 5–12.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of camp participants.
• Supporting fellow Camp Counselors and working as a team.
• Engaging children in active, age-appropriate activities.
