Job summary

Johnson Lambert LLP is seeking Tax Interns focused on Accounting with plans to pursue CPA designation. Interns will work with clients and experience firsthand what it’s like to be an audit or tax professional at a mid-size firm.

The Winter 2027 internship runs January 2027 to April 2027, with two weeks of training and ongoing development. Applications are evaluated beginning August 31st, and the firm supports your growth through structured feedback.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Public Accounting or Accounting with CPA goals.

Johnson Lambert is currently seeking Tax Interns who are focused on Accounting and planning to achieve the CPA designation. Our Winter 2027 internship will run from January 2027 - April 2027.

Learning & Networking

You will have the ability to learn from some of the best leaders in the industry. You will earn real world experience by working directly with clients and receiving structured feedback from managers.

You will also receive training on the latest technology that is being used in Public Accounting. Your internship will include two weeks of training & development to ensure that you are prepared for your first client engagement. We will provide you with additional training throughout the program to ensure that you build on both the soft skills & technical skills needed to be successful.

We look for candidates who are actively pursuing a career in Public Accounting who have declared a major in Accounting and are on their way to CPA eligibility.
