Job summary

Wingstop is hiring Team Members in the Carrollton, LA area to prepare fresh food, assist guests, and maintain cleanliness on every shift.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare wings and sides, handle payments, and work closely with a fast-paced team to deliver the Wingstop experience. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification required where applicable
