Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook or line cook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order, including wings and other signature dishes, following established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to ensure food safety compliance.
• Operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and prep tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with receiving and stocking food inventory and supplies.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines per local and state regulations.
