Mackenthun's is seeking a Wine & Spirits Specialist in Minnesota to stock, rotate, face, and build displays while ensuring efficient checkout and compliant alcohol handling. You will promote the Mackenthun's Exceptional Experience by helping customers find what they need.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings in a retail setting. Part-time position with benefits is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product needs, recommendations, and store policies.
• Process transactions accurately and verify customer age.
• Stock, rotate, and face products; build displays.
• Monitor inventory, labeling and pricing; check expiration dates.
• Assist with training new team members and events.
