Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group seeks a Merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, properly displayed, rotated, and maintained across assigned routes at grocery and beverage outlets.

You will transport product using pallet jack or hand truck, use company systems for routing and account monitoring, and capture backstock photos to document execution. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

• Reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Capable of lifting 25–50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate, and maintain products.

• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and document execution with photos.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
