Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and registration.
• Regularly lift objects up to 25 pounds and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves, displays, windows, counters, and retail inventories meet merchandising standards.
• Create eye-catching displays per brand standards.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to maintain inventory levels across accounts.
• Keep a photographic record of displays in each account.
• Monitor and track displays, counters, shelves, and signage by store.
• Develop compelling merchandising presentations for retailers.
• Build strong relationships with store managers.
• Provide brand and product information to managers and customers as needed.
