Job summary

NOVA Tastings in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Brand Ambassador to be the face of our alcohol brands, including wine, beer, and ready-to-drink cocktails. You will conduct tastings, engage with consumers, and educate them about our products to boost brand awareness and sales at local events and retailers.

This role requires weekend/evening shifts: Fridays 4-8 PM, Saturdays and Sundays various slots. You should be energetic, knowledgeable about our categories, and comfortable reporting feedback to

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and passion for wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tastings at grocery stores, events, and festivals.
• Engage with consumers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Educate consumers about products, including history, flavor profiles, and production process.
• Drive sales by promoting brands and encouraging purchases.
• Collect and report feedback from consumers to improve tastings and marketing strategies.
