Binny's Beverage Depot, Midwest's largest wine, spirits, beer and cigars retailer, is seeking individuals with a passion for wine and superior customer service. The role involves helping customers, expanding wine knowledge, and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 21+ years of age, knowledge of wine regions, and a willingness to train. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Good working knowledge of wine varietals, countries and regions.
• Able to taste wines in a professional manner as allowed for educational purposes.
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong desire to provide superior customer service.
• Previous retail experience or wine/spirits hospitality experience preferred.
• On-the-job training and educational opportunities provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing sales and provide assistance to customers.
• Continue to develop knowledge of wine and other store products.
• Work as part of a team to keep the wine department and store organized and merchandised; move, stock and stage product.
• May be required to assist in other departments.
