Job summary

Sixty Vines in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced bartender to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and expertly crafted drinks. You will interact with guests, handle cash and card transactions, maintain bar cleanliness, and learn our glass-pairing program. A flexible schedule supports your other commitments; earn a competitive hourly rate with tips.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; sanitation procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Wear proper uniform and maintain bar area per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift.
• Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc., according to recipes.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Deliver and remove food at tables as needed.
• Restock glasses and bar supplies.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Work with team to ensure smooth shifts.
• Practice sanitation and knowledge of bar menu and recipes.
