Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly customer service in the Wine & Spirits area.
  • Educate customers about products and promotions.
  • Greet customers by name when possible and assist them in locating items.
  • Rotate, face, and replenish merchandise; maintain clean displays.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
  • Follow tobacco and liquor policies and ensure compliant sales.
  • Assist with stock, check invoices, and support store operations.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management.

There is exposure to temperature extremes and dampness.
