Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• High school diploma with acceptable certifications also considered.
• Must be a US Citizen with Top Secret security clearance or above.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Ensure system and data security with antivirus and security protocols.
• Backup and restore data.
• Respond to help desk requests and provide technical support.
• Implement disaster recovery plans.
