Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Support Engineer to manage complex Windows infrastructure, AD/ADFS, DNS/DHCP, DFS design and replication, and cloud-directory integration with Azure AD Connect. The role requires strong English communication and customer-facing support across telephone, email, and chat.

You will work shifts aligned to US holidays, primarily EST hours, and collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to resolve high-impact issues with security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Manage AD, ADFS, DNS/DHCP, and DFS.
• Experience with PKI and Kerberos authentication.
• Customer-facing support in English.

Primary requirements:

• Windows Administration,

• Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) infrastructure management
• Directory integration with Microsoft Azure via Azure A.D. Connect

Need to be flexible to work in shifts following US holiday calendar. Majority work time will be EST time zone.

Active Directory:

• Multi-forest management within the Active Directory as well as dealing with one-way and two-way trust relationships and ADFS
• Active Directory re-structuring and object migration
• Group Policy design, management and troubleshooting
• Active Directory replication topologies including Site, Sitelinks, and Bridgehead Servers
• DNS Server management including DNS zone migration, design, and configuration
• DHCP Server management and IP address management.
