Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 3–6 years with a related master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Windows applications using C++, Python, Win32, and MFC.
• Investigate software failures and Windows behavior using Visual Studio and diagnostic tools.
• Turn product needs into software requirements, designs, and tested functionality.
• Make architectural recommendations and help evaluate implementation options.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and share technical knowledge.
• Plan component delivery, identify dependencies, and set milestones.
• Strengthen automated and manual testing at unit, component, and integration levels.
