Aiden Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Windows QA Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and usability across Windows-based systems and infrastructure. The role blends QA with IT support to strengthen enterprise IT workflows.

You will design and execute test plans for Windows applications, validate deployments via Intune, and troubleshoot Autopilot, OS images, and task sequences across Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Windows endpoint management.
• Hands‑on experience building OS deployment images and task sequences for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Experience publishing and deploying application packages with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms and troubleshooting failed deployments.
• Strong knowledge of software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Background in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments.
• Solid understanding of file systems, permissions, and enterprise file management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Aiden Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Windows QA Engineer with a strong background in IT systems, endpoint management, and Windows environments. This role blends quality assurance with IT support expertise, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability across Windows-based systems and infrastructure.

What you will own

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Windows-based applications and systems.

• Exposure to security practices, patching, and vulnerability validation.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments supporting multiple users/endpoints.
