Renewal by Andersen - SLC is seeking a window installation apprentice to join our Idaho Falls team. This full-time, benefited role offers paid training and growth opportunities, with schedule 7 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday, depending on client needs.

No prior experience is required, and the position emphasizes a friendly, customer-focused approach and teamwork to complete installations start to finish.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear background check.
• Can lift 50+ pounds.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Flexible schedule.
• One year of customer service (preferred).
• One year of construction or carpentry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install or replace windows in residential homes.
• Read a tape measure accurately and set up the home for success (drop cloths, furniture covers).
• Support lead installer in completing proper installation of windows.
• Provide quality customer service with the homeowner.
• Collaborate and grow in the necessary skills and knowledge to complete a full installation, start to finish.
