Job summary

Arconic Kawneer is seeking a Windows Architectural Sales Representative to drive promotion and project sales of Kawneer branded products across the Mid-West/Western Region. The role focuses on cultivating key relationships with architecture firms, developers, and contractors, coordinating bids with internal teams, and securing profitable sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in lieu
• Outside sales experience in building/construction preferred
• Willingness to travel 75–100% and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with large architectural firms, developers, general contractors and high-profile customers in the region
• Establish and grow new business opportunities through relationship-based approach
• Maintain and expand add-on business with existing customers
• Assess customer needs and market drivers to ensure service/product fit and pricing
• Make customer visits for relationships, presentations, and problem solving
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas
• Participate in industry organizations and training programs
• Collaborate with Front End teams for timely project proposals and execution
• Use technology to improve speed, quality, and efficiency in serving customers
• Stay informed on Kawneer products, services, market conditions and competitive trends
