Famous Supply is seeking a showroom associate in Ohio to deliver friendly customer service, understand customer needs, and quote and process orders for window and door solutions. The role may include travel to job sites for field measurements and reading blueprints to identify product specs.

Job description

Starting wage based on experience, $24.00/hour+

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs and meet their expectations
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Read blueprints to understand projects and find product specs
• Quote projects
• Process customer orders
• Keep showroom clean and organized
• May be required to travel to customer jobsites to take field measurements

Required Experience and Skills

• Window and Door design knowledge
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 1-3 yrs preferred experience in the industry with knowledge of blueprints and residential window & door products
• Experience using Microsoft Office
